Experience out of comfort as a river crossing in motorboats, navigating the main tributaries of the Orinoco River and exploring its jungles, savannas, hills, creeks and other natural phenomena, which preserve amazing fauna and flora safeguarded by friendly tribes of ancient ethnic groups.

Suitable for the general public who are passionate about nature and adventure amidst the geographical isolation of the remote locations to be visited.

Day 1. Guainía: Inírida River - El Remanso.

Reception at Cesar Gaviria Airport, lunch and transfer to the port. Boarding and sailing by motorboat up the Inírida River (approximately 2 hours), towards the Mavecure Hills, rocky outcrops that are part of the Guyanese Shield: sacred sites for several ethnic groups in the region such as the Puinaves.

Arrival at the El Remanso community, welcome and camp setup, dinner, meeting of commitments and instructions for the trip.

Rest.

Day 2. El Remanso - Mavecure.

Breakfast in the community and start of the day's walk.

Depending on the weather conditions, we will hike to Cerro Mavecure, climbing to the top, or we will take a tour of the savannah to admire the Inírida flower or visit the Caño San Joaquín, whose characteristic wine-red color is due to the tannin in the leaves of the trees, and we will have lunch in the field.

At the end of the afternoon we returned to the camp to have dinner and rest.

Important:

- Climbing the rock is only possible in dry weather, and can be done on this day or the next day, depending on weather conditions.

Day 3. Mavecure: River star of the Guainía, Guaviare and Orinoco rivers.

Breakfast in the community and climb to the rock or tour through the savannah, depending on what happened the previous day.

Boarding and navigation down the Inírida River to the Estrella fluvial (RAMSAR site), located at the mouth of the Guaviare River on the Orinoco.

Arrival, accommodation and lunch at the Moru Nature Reserve. In the afternoon we will visit and swim on the white sand beaches of the Atabapo River.

Return to the Reserve for dinner and rest.

Day 4. Orinoco River - Matavén.

Breakfast and walk through the Moru Reserve to Laguna de la Nutria; return to the cabin, pick up luggage and board the Orinoco River upstream to the Mataven jungle.

Welcome and accommodation in Sarrapia, an indigenous community of the Puinave ethnic group. After lunch and following the instructions of the native guides, we will navigate the Caño Fruta to the mouths of the Mataven, climb Cerro Mataveni, appreciate the immensity of the jungle and the savannah of Altillanura; additionally, you can paddle in a canoe along the Caño Fruta to appreciate the landscape and see the river dolphins.

Return to the community in the evening for dinner and rest.

Day 5. Mataven - El Tuparro.

Breakfast in the community, boarding the Orinoco River to the Maipures rapids (approximately 3 hours). Setting up camp at the mouth of the Tuparro River - Pedro Camejo Island.

Lunch, visit to the imposing Raudal de Maipures, classified by the explorer and naturalist Alexander Von Humboldt as the eighth wonder of the world.

Return to camp, dinner and rest.

Day 6. The Tuparro and Caño Lapa.

Breakfast at the camp, boarding and tour along the Orinoco and Tuparro rivers towards the Sikuani Raudalito Caño Lapa indigenous community.

Cultural exchange, process of making casabe, mañoco and appreciation of the churuatas that are made from wood and palm. Visit to the Caño Lapa waterfall to take a refreshing bath in its beautiful crystal-clear waters. Lunch in the countryside and climb to Cerro del Guahibo in the afternoon, to appreciate the beautiful savannah landscape.

Return to camp, dinner and rest.

Day 7. Tuparro - Puerto Carreno.

Breakfast and boarding on the Orinoco River to Puerto Carreño, passing through the Atures Rapids. Stop along the way to see the petroglyphs, appreciate the landscape and take a bath at Playa Mar; continue by boat to Cazuarito, disembark and land transfer to Puerto Carreño in a 4x4 truck, appreciate the landscape given by the savannahs and the hills.

Accommodation at the hotel, dinner and rest.

Day 8. Puerto Carreno - Bogotá.

Departure from the Puerto Carreño pier to watch river dolphins (Innia geoffrensis) at the mouth of the Meta River on the Orinoco.

Tour of the mouths of the Bita River, which is a Ramsar Site and subject of research programs due to its great biodiversity and high level of conservation.

Visit the Bojonawi Nature Reserve to see the El Pañuelo Lagoon and appreciate several species of wildlife.

Return to the hotel at noon, luggage preparation and transfer to Germán Olano airport.
